By way of exception, we cannot repair the faces. Instead of repairing, we change the faces of the dolls. If your doll is quite old, we're not able to prepare the same face. In that case your doll's face will be different, thus we show the new face to our customers and with the consent of customers we change its face.

*Stains on the face
We do not paint over the stains because it will exist again and it will cost more than little, thus we do not repair. Instead of repairing we exchange its face. If the stains are fare, it might disappear by drying for about a week
