Dispatch
Items in stock usually ship within 7 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that your order has been shipped. You will receive the items within 7-14 business days from the day that items shipped. If you believe it is taking too long to receive your order, please contact us from our inquiry form.
A back-ordered item will be shipped as soon as it is available. We will notify you by e-mail if the item you ordered is on backorder.

We can ship by EMS (Express).

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and brokerage fees imposed by your government. Return
To return an item, please contact us from our inquiry form. We will inform you by e-mail where and how to return. Only the amount of your purchase, and *not any applicable shipping charges when you're returning, will be refunded within 7 business days after we received the products. We will pay back through PayPal.
