This helmet is big enough for children to wear and it is in the motif of Naga kuwa gata (long spade shape), which is said that Yoshiie Minamoto (a Minamoto clan samurai of the late Heian period) wore.At Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima, there is a Set of the armor of Minamoto no Yoshiie.
This helmet is a kind of Hoshi kabuto (star helmet). It has golden shooting star patterns on its backward and forward and glued buckskin on Fukikaeshi and Mabisashi parts.
On both sides of the helmet, there are a bow of Shigeto and a sword of Kinpukurin.
For the sword, Icchu used shark leather.
